Important Immigration Information

PDF files require a PDF reader. If you are using your personal computer you may need to download the reader from Adobe® if you do not already have it installed. It is already installed on all campus computers.

Get the Adobe Acrobat Reader for either Windows or Mac.

For current form and fee information you may visit the BCIS forms web site.

I-20 Check-In Form - To be completed after you arrive on campus. Please also submit a copy of your I-94 (white card) when you complete the form. You bring us a copy at a later date if you complete the online form.

Form I-538 - Form to obtain certification by designated school official. Free when submitted for Optional Practical Training.

Affadavit of Support Form   for Canadian Certification Students and Canadian Undergraduate Students     This form is to be used to state how you will pay the expenses associated with study in the United States. Total costs are on the form. The form will require the necessary signatures from your financial institutional to verify funds on deposit before you return it to the Admissions Office.

Affadavit of Support Form   for all International Students EXCEPT Canadian Students     This form is to be used to state how you will pay the expenses associated with study in the United States. Total costs are on the form. The form will require the necessary signatures from your financial institutional to verify funds on deposit before you return it to the Admissions Office.

Form I-539 - Application for extension of stay/Change of non-immigrant status. Fee - $200 U.S.

Form I-765 - Application for employment authorization. Fee - $180 U.S.

IRS Individual Tax Return - File tax return if you earn income in the United States.
