 Just the facts—that’s the way Brian likes it and that’s the reason he has a passion for history. He has found a comrade in his history professor, John Zaborney. “He knows the facts, knows why things happened, and makes you think. He’s very engaging. The professors are what make UMPI a great place!” Of course, club hockey doesn’t hurt either. And seeing as Brian is Canadian, hockey runs in his veins. He and his teammates have won many a championship in the local Presque Isle gentlemen’s league. Between his history classes and hockey games, Brian has found a home on this side of the border.
