For your convenience, we have put together three ways
to register for the Rural Life Conference. You can call Mary
Lawrence at (207) 768-9502 or you can e-mail
her at Lawrence@polaris.umpi.maine.edu.
You may also choose to fill out the online
registration form. (Please include all information so that we may contact
you incase of changes that you may need to be aware of.) After registering
for the conference, you should make lodging and travel plans immediateley.
Method of Payment for the conference can be by credit card submitted over the phone (207)768-9502, or on the form provided below. Please note that this is note a secured server. You may choose to pay by check. If you do so, you may fill out a printed copy of this form and send it along with your check, or submit the form over the internet and mail payment within 30 days to Rural Life Registration, c/o: Mary Lawrence, 181 Main Street, Presque Isle, ME 04769. Make sure that you provide all of the following information to make sure that your registration form can be properly processed. |
