Students in Honors Biology 112C class, led by instructor, Dr. Bonnie Wood, made couple of field trips around Presque Isle in December 2006. They made a trip to both Arnold Brook Lake and Echo Lake area to collect water samples and design an experiment on eutrophication. They made another trip to a forest to gather tree-core samples as part of an inquiry-based lab "Thermoregulation in Plants". See how much they enjoyed their fieldwork from the following pictures.
