• The survey you are about to take has been developed as part of a research project to design the ideal high school. Many factors have been taken into consideration and the questions have been developed with the following categories in mind; socioemotional, physical and cognitive.

• The purpose of this research survey is to assist college students in learning about how high schools can be better structured in order to meet the needs of students and educators in a more effective manner. Results will be presented in poster form on University Day at the University of Maine at Presque Isle and a summary may be obtained through the campus website.

• This survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. There are no risks or discomfort anticipated. Please be assured this survey is anonymous and confidential. There are no questions regarding your identity and all results will be summarized.
